B: I've been very busy, like for instance getting and doing a paying gamedev job.

Lastly: There are parts of working on this game I've been avoiding because I lack the knowledge to do it properly.

Fair point, adhd does make it hard to focus or makes you hyper focus, so I understand that it gets in the way of making games
