I remember there being reports of certain CGs not unlocking immediately after seeing them, notably with ones tied to passwords but there's never been a known reason for this to be happening.
Made worse by the fact the testing build normally shows everything working fine. Presumably it has something to do with persistent data but beyond that, I wouldn't have a clue.
