Hello.

I contacted support regarding a library wipe on the 8th of March and have heard nothing back, is this a normal amount of time?

As explained in the rules of this category, it depends.

I requested that my library be wiped, because until now I was claiming every product assuming I'd lose them at some point, not realising that claiming them was just to add them to your library 

It's now been nearly two weeks. Is it possible to get a library wipe like my original email requested?
