I fell into the void as well; though my experience might be different. I was crawling in the air vents when I went down a path that appeared to be glitched (I could see through the walls of the store) and when I moved forwards I fell into the void.

Do you remember by any chance if you quit to the main menu (and loaded the game back) or finished the game (and loaded it back) before encountering this glitch?

I finished the game and saw the credits, then loaded back.

Thank you! We've fixed this bug in the latest update 1.1.9. It's already up, so you can update the game. 🙏

It happened when going down the stairs to the warehouse area! It's happened a few times that the game does not load the forbidden garden and warehouse areas :( If you go down, it's the void, and if you go up you get stuck in the stairs! The ESC button also stopped working, so I had to force close :(

Waah, thank you for taking these issues so seriously, really!!

And if I remember correctly, the first time it happened I had just seen the credits, went to the menu and started again! And I think the other two or so times were after quitting to the main menu and reloading!!

OMG, we are so relieved to hear this!!

We've just fixed this bug, and are going to release an update (1.1.9) with this and a couple other small fixes ASAP.
