are you getting some kind of error? are you playing the downloaded version? if you updated your system or something, you could try installing RPG maker's run time packages. they can be downloaded here: https://www.rpgmakerweb.com/run-time-package
I'd suggest you installing all of them just to be sure. I'm sorry for the trouble (/-;)
