this is so cute! the low-contrast color for the tiles really makes the sprites pop. the story and art are both simple and effective 😊
also, sweet font!!! i don't think i've seen a bitsy game use italics before.

Thank you very much! I always start with a test for the artstyle of the game. My goal was to fit a cute crow in 8x8 pixels, I'm happy you liked it! And that you've noticed the color scheme 👍
Indeed you can use custom fonts in bitsy now, italics seemed appropriate for something poetic...maybe I'll use them again in the future!
