The update is for an item that has a custom price. Is there a way in this case?

Items with custom price work in a “Tier” system, so if a user spends $10 on your project, they will have access to all files with a custom price of $10 or below.
That should mean that if you upload the updated files with the exact same price, all users that already had access to them, should still be able to download them.
With butler you can update the same file as-is without having to reconfigure settings like custom price, which might make the process a bit more straightforward.
