Didn't, but the game is not that long currently so i went through the story really quick.
After first math class together Julie tells Mike "MC, can we talk." On a sidenote that sounds like a question so shouldn't there be a "?" ?
Then after Mike met Julie at the cafe, and have had fun with Anh, he feels guilty and Anh says
"You are not leading me on. I wanted this. I am the one who should be sorry. You told me that you are confused by what you feel for FC and myself and i still went on and allowed you to give me the best orgasm i've ever had."
Those are the only ones i found this time, not entirely sure there was any other occurence. Hope that helps.
Also, there is another slightly weird thing, when Mike first meets Anh if one selects the "Look down" option, the screen displays Mike saying "Look down". And then the screen where he actually looks down is displayed.
