Very unlikely. The original game was made in Flash and ported to HTML5. Having said that, you should be able to download the game with the Itch App if you need a local offline copy.
If you get the Itch App you should see an "Install" option at the bottom of the page. From there you'll be prompted to install the game to a directory of your choosing. That will install the game locally, which will allow you to boot it in offline mode.
