As a work around, you can disable combat by lowering difficulty to the lowest until I release a bugfix.
My device resolution is 720x1600 pixels (if that's what you want)
Also you may never heard of my device, the device I'm using is Alcatel 3X (2019)

Apparently I found the full detail how I got the bug. When you on a battle if you press the enemy before pressing an ally, you can't press anything anymore and stuck on battle mode.
