Apparently I found the full detail how I got the bug. When you on a battle if you press the enemy before pressing an ally, you can't press anything anymore and stuck on battle mode.

My device resolution is 720x1600 pixels (if that's what you want)

Also you may never heard of my device, the device I'm using is Alcatel 3X (2019)

I played on android, I can't finish the battle tutorial because I can't press anything. I skipped the tutorial and continue the story. When I tried my first non tutorial battle, I can't press any buttons at all.
