So I built the rooms and need to convince all seven girls to move in but I can't get to them, and the handling room is populated with their icons but I can't click on any of them? Is this a bug or am I missing anything.

Also, all quests state "meet after meeting" and Taile is complete.

Try sleeping then going back to the handling room. Or triggering another event. sometimes that room bugs out and you can't select any of their icons. That's been fixed in 0.64

I tried that, there's no other events I can trigger I even tried remembering the shower scene, and using the debug when i click on the crysta

Any time I've had that bug sleeping as fixed it. If that didn't work you can join the DC and we can fix your save.

I had that bug too, i just click again on the handlign room icon and then, i can interact with the girls. You can try but i am not 100% sure off the result.
