I managed to finish the game. 20/20. Congratulations again for this work.

I had fun observing some details. The VHS in the drawers, the books, the choice to mix Nosferatu with the theme of Coppola's Dracula, etc..

Really cool. I even wonder if there is no easter egg with the musical notes of the menu lol

Good eye. Acctualy there is a history to the musical notes in the menu...I could spoil it, or let you figure it out for yourself. Your choice.

I want to try to find out for myself. I come back here to tell you if I succeeded... or not ^^

Oh, and I'm curious. Which piece of evidence were you missing?

The syringe and the bottle of tranquilizer for... animals ;-)

Exactly what I thought, everyone misses that one.

 Nice work!

Thanks :-D

I may have a theory for the menu notes. But maybe I'm imagining things. The game takes place during the Christmas period and it is this detail that makes me say that my theory could make sense.

I think the notes made by the 4 menu buttons (from top to bottom) correspond to the first 4 notes of "Carol Of The Bells".

You're close.

It's not a Christmas themed tune, but it is horror related...and a lot, lot older.

Funnily enough, they do both start on the exact same 4 notes...so you are sort of right.

Too bad I was almost there ^^. At least I would have tried.

Extremely close.

If I'm honest, I probably went a bit over the top with how specific this reference is. I strongly suspect that Carol Of The Bells was based on the same thing, as was the title music of The Shinning.

are you talking about Dies irae by Hector Berlioz?

Nailed it!!!

Absolutley correct, well done.
