No game files available to install

The last few days when I try to install a game, I click "install" and it pops up the box asking me where to install it, and it shows I have plenty of room, but there's no file to install in the "Install" bar. When I click the dropdown button to select a file, there's nothing there. If I go ahead and click the Install button, I get the error message "Cannot read property 'build' of undefined."

I tried restarting Itchio and updating and restarting my computer, but I'm getting the same issue. I'm running Windows 10.

According to the game page, it looks like the developer uploaded a new version but did not assign any platforms to it: https://juliakernan.itch.io/holiday-hearts-a-very-merry-christmas-dating-sim

You may want to reach out to them in the comments to ask them to fix the upload they provided.

Hope that helps

Thanks. Yeah, I was able to download it elsewhere, but not through the itch.io app, which is what I wanted, to be able to keep them all in one place.

Do you know if that's the only issue, though? This same set of errors happened to me with multiple games (but not every game).

If the developer has not appropriately tagged the files they’ve uploaded for supporting a platform then it’s going to prevent the app from being able to install and run the file.
