You can make slaves have sex with each other, with bit more relationship stuff to be introduced later. As for friend-like interactions, I don't think it will be worth the effort to include into our type of game.
still, it can fit to game, just think about it as another bridge to build relationship with others, when your relationship is not big enought to have willing sex.
