The achievement is apparently just broken, you just have to leave RUST to get the achievement but when Mrdrnose changed the direction of which way the player is facing when teleported it apparently broke the achievement.
Are you sure? Cause before he even changed that nobody had the achievement and im pretty sure somebody must've escaped rust before correct me if im wrong.
