I unzipped it and the only executable doesn't work and seeing its name I suppose it's in case the game crashes, the only thing that looks like a launcher is the dll file but that's not an executable ^^'
Which file did you download? I checked windowsx86 and windowsx64 and they both have a file called "Evasion Tunnel.exe" There is a Unity Crash handler executable as well but I assume Unity calls that if the game stops working.
