What a great jam entry! Loved the mechanics, but the presentation (music, art, polish) really shone! Replaying the game repeatedly became enjoyable because 1) I wanted to do better, but 2) I was eager to hear that music build up again! Chatted in stream a bit about balancing issues - games like this want to try and avoid putting the player in an impossible situation, as it can be a negative user experience - maybe some maths can help make sure that the spawn point for enemies is fair for the player. Also, if you could choose when to use certain powerups, that would also give players tools to handle the "impossible" situations and increases the games skill cap. Great job both!
