If you completed all of them then you would be able to progress. Are you sure all 7 of the girls cards hints say "after meeting" or "after assault"? If all 7 say that then sleep, but don't hit sleep until next day, only hit rest.
Since Isabel's card can also be unlocked before assault (ie. he can have 8 cards in that case), I think it would be better to rephrase it as check the hints for first 7 girls card.
