I do, so how would I be able to be on this website if I didn't have internet. so I proved that it isn't about wifi that the cause so it is something else.
There might have been a GitHub outage at the time. If the mod list still doesn't show up, you can download the mods manually. You could also join the Discord server to see if anyone else knows how to help or to look through announcements regarding mod uploads.
