I'm in upper new ark and my logbook says to "look for fawn in upper new ark city"

I've come back on different days, explored each location in upper new ark and I can't find fawn anywhere at all.

Have you talked to everyone in the BDSM club? She won't appear there until you do!

yeah I've spoken to the receptionist. Police lady, forgot her name and just gone around to all the side npcs in there and I still can't find her in upper new ark. I'll have another go and talk to them all again though.

Also should mention I can't get Cassie to move from the milk farm, not sure if that's a bug, unfinished Cassie side quest or something I need to complete still

You might also need to knock on Fawn's door before all that

Getting Cassie to milk farm might require renovating it first, and Bell might have to be there!

She is in the school cafeteria in New Arc City, the school is on the lower left.

I've completed Cassie's questline up to the milk farm

I've spoken to the receptionist, the police lady I forgot her name and talked to side NPC's there just in case. Now I'm in upper new ark trying to find her in the canteen in college

You need to speak to Arlene, and then the receptionist, then she should appear up there!
