The title of the original song(s)
NieR Automata - Dependent Weakling

Is this a cover, tribute, or medley?

Description
It's rock/metal, though I'm not sure of a specific subgenre. I produced it in FL Studio and Vocaloid 5.

Favorite part would have to be around 2:19, where everything cuts out and comes back in soft. In hindsight, the downsampling on the vocals may be a bit much, but I like the synth in the background (ran backmask on it to create a pretty effect) and the clockwork.

A part from the mixing problem others have pointed out, it' s a pretty cool cover!

Like others have said, could have had a touch more on the high end and treble but good job overall with the mix.

Great choice of song. The use of vocaloid was very clever. My favorite part was the breakdown around 2:20. You could totally add some higher end guitar too and it would fit right in, I feel like that would have really elevated this piece even further. Nice job on this!

I like the effect of the breakdown at 2:19, its a nice change of pace in the music. I think it could have done with some more high guitar, I feel like a lot of Neir's musical emotion comes from using the high ends of the instruments (piano, strings, voice etc) to get that slightly strained quality giving you that desperate beauty

Love the sound you've gone for, really cool cover!

Nicely arranged, although the instruments could have used a bit more high end or stuff to make them pop. Still, good job!

Nice cover!

Interesting cover, I like it. But some of the frequencies in the background could've been filled out a little bit more. Perhaps with more reverb on the instruments. Maybe having a second vocaloid as a second singer? More of what happens around 2:15, I mean, with the doubling.
