Nopy just shut down about a week ago, which has been the download host for months now. There aren't many better options, as all of them have their own restrictions.
This is already something I am fixing for v0.14, and it's going very well. You will be able to download a patch, with just the new content (if you have v0.13.2), or there will be the option of downloading the split files, which will get around the mega limit.
But there is a method to get around the mega limit, which is to use a VPN once the limit is reached.
Unfortunately, I don't own a server room capable of uploading to thousands a day. Most devs like me have to use hosts like mega instead.
If you know a better way, let me know.
I am aware of the issues that hosting large files can cause. I have been hosting my own FTP servers for years.
I am not going to install a VPN simply to access a single game. NTM, this is the only game I have had this issue with out of dozens of other games I have downloaded and played from this site.
But I digress, I finally managed to get the DL to work from the Mediafire link. I was actually going to suggest trying Mediafire.
Anyways. I am extracting it now. I look forward to finally being able to play this game.
