I don't know about the first half, but I get the second half. Yeah, it's a bit ridiculous. Went from my top #1 most anticipated to barely top 25. Great story, great characters, great animations, piss poor update timing.

That's what I am doing. And yeah, OIALT was an amazing story, honestly been considering replaying it recently.
But yeah, I do plan on revisiting this when it's released, but I simply cannot do the "play>wait a year-forget-restart>play>repeat" mentality. I have too many things to focus on for all that.
There are plenty of great AVN's out there that get regular work, but sadly yeah, it's an all too common issue in this scene. Vaporware is real, and it can be painful. I've had quite a few stories I was seriously invested in that either dropped off the map completely or were cancelled.
A really great on that I have followed closely up until recently(1yr between updates is a bit much for me, but some people are patient) is Eternum. REALLY great story, amazing visuals. Highly recommend if you're patient enough to wait a year between updates
Leap of Faith is another really great one if you're into heavier stories(has some pretty heavy tones, but it's a great story) and best of all, it's complete.
you can check out my profile to see some of the one's I've played and supported on here.
Yeah, i've fallen off the story for that reason alone.
GREAT game, amazing story, phenomonal writing, wonderful character design.
Absolute dog shit timeline, especially since(I am only quoting rumors here, based on what I have seen) he is using AI renders now. That cuts like 95 percent of the rendering process down, so there's REALLY no excuse for taking a year or more between updates(if there's a legitimate reason, i'd be understanding, IRL comes first, but nothing of the sort has been stated so we're just kinda left hanging.)
I barely even remember the story anymore. And having to restart every update is anoying af.
I used to be super hyped about this game, following updated regularly.
Been here since the first ep, but a year or so between updates that have MAYBE a few hours of play is a tall order, I recall reading somewhere it was going to be an original timelines of every 3-4 months, which was awesome>
Dev later bumped that to 5-8 months(understandable considering the scope of this)
But over a year since the last update is ungodly.
i can't even remember the damn story anymore, and frankly don't want to go through it all again, I've had to restart nearly every damn update.
This one honestly blindsided me with how good the story is. There are quite a few tropey and cliché parts, but not to the extent it kills the narrative.
This easily sits in my top ten favorites. The side-story about MC's father hits a little too close to home (My dad was killed in 2012), and I won't lie I bawled like a baby at the fadeout scene in his office in Ch. 3.
I will definitely be watching this one for updates.
I tried to get into this, I really did. It seems to have an interesting concept and is along the same lines as other AVN's I have tried and enjoyed, but I genuinely couldn't even get past the into. The dialogue was rough, and it felt like it was written by a child, the MC's personality is that of a whiny little bitch, and the overall introduction was very abrupt and bland.
Uninstalled and deleted in the first 5 minutes.
Holy fucking thread necro batman LMFAO.
this is the second time someone has raised this tread from the dead well after a year of inactivity in two years. LMFAO.
for reference we ALL stopped replying to this loser because he's clearly a headcase with delusions of grandeur, thinking he's so clever in his replies. You're better off beating your head against a brick wall than engaging with this rampant fuck knuckle,
Hello. Enjoying so far, however I received this error when trying to view the PeepABoo stream.

But, other than that minor detail, I really enjoyed the game so far. Kinda need a bed in the MC's house, and a storage chest/working firepit would be great as well.
But all in all, a pretty solid base to work from.
I do hope you plan on expanding the map at some point as the current map is very small.
