Hello, here's problem. When i use "startfullscreen.exe", screen is kinda displaced to the left. (Win10)
Hi. Try to change the compatibility of the shortcut to windows7 (right mouse button on shortcut ---> properties) OR try to enable "high DPI scaling override" (same properties ---> Change high DPI settings).

Changing compatibility didn't work, but enabling high DPI scaling override fixed the problem. Thank you very lot!))
