if all events for asmedia in event tracker is green, it means you have done all events for asmedia. Just like Darth Falcon said, it should be because of corrupted save file.
How old is your save? Check what cursed said and look for red events in her tracker. My guess is you are using an old save that has corrupted due to renpy upgrades. If you have events that are red above green, then your save is broken.
