How to download to quest 2?

I opened my itch.io account from my quest 2 browser, clicked on the download and quest 2 downloads the apk but that’s it. They’re in files folder but not sure what else to do.

I don't know what quest 2 is, but from the context it sounds like an Android browser? Simply navigate to the .apk in your file manager and tap it.
