Cool game ! Nice idea and pretty original concept. My only nit picking would be with controls, the fact that I have to press the arrow keys before pressing D was making hard to react fast, I would often press D and the arrow keys kind of at the same time but D sligthly soner, meaning it would not go. I think it would help the controls a lot to be able to hold D and then press a direction and then it would work, so no matter how you pess the inputs it would work.
