Some errors have been fixed, but changes can only be seen with new game (not loading older save files). In any case, the empty She Jiu store only means all toys and costumes have all been bought, so you will be able to use all costumes etc during foreplay mode without buying anything.
As for the app, I'm not really sure how the itch app works really. Haven't really used it before ^^;
