The meter doesn't have to be filled for you to boss up, you can do it as long as the meter isn't empty and your character is on the edge (so when he has the sweat mark on his head). Super gets how this could have been made clearer in game rather than just placing it in the tutorial. Will definitely make sure to look into this! Thank you so much again!
