hi, i got stuck on the mission "get closed to the gems" talk to everyone in town at different times of the day and the conversations just repeat

I also have a problem playing on a mobile phone that does not let me go to Greg's truck and a sign with a bus

Try doing missions with the gems to level them up and then hang out with them.

I already tried but the option is blocked. I think I have to take the gems to the pizzeria but I don't know how

You need to have two gems in your party in order to do missions. You also need to go back to angelite/titanite to report your mission.
