From what I remember, this has been posted before. The answer was that you are allowed to have multiple accounts for different reasons (one to publish games, one to play games, one to publish NSFW games etc).
The only thing to keep in mind is, do not interact with posts/games made by other accounts that you own, as it can be seen as trying to game the system, which is against the rules. Things like making comments on your game from another account, or giving likes to all your posts fit into that rule.
