No one is jumping in to mod Conguest yet. It's still in alpha so modding could be frustrating. That said, the portrait part of the game looks pretty much the same so it might not be too difficult getting Random Portraits to work. Some of the races are different now, Drow are now Dark Elves and the previous Dark elves are now Tribal elves, so at least those folders, bodies, and portraits would need to be relabeled
