Can you tell me what Operating system you are on? Should be able to run on MacOs, Linux, and PC with no issues.
Also, make sure to use the itch.io launcher or when you do on planning to play the game OR re-download the game. shipwreck is constantly being updated and will be until late beta. Currently shipwreck is alpha so tons of updates will be going to on a constant basis.
Thank you for the prompt reply. I was not using the itch.io launcher but was instead running the directly downloaded alpha on my Mac. When trying your suggestion of using the itch.io launcher, the problem was resolved. Thank you! Looking forward to this game's final release.
So far my only feedback is the the number "6" characters should have one more pixel on the top right so that they look more like sixes.
