I've been keeping my eye on the jam, and it's allowing me to rate the submissions. Am I allowed to give my two cents, or is it just for official judges?
Anyone is allowed to rate the games and provide feedback. There is one special category which only hosts can manually rate based on how many of chasersgaming assets were used.
