–on this page. If it was literally pretty much any other creator (-group), then it would be the right way. In this rare case you basically animate people to support a scammer, whose game has been in the works for many years. You can't find the date on his Patreon page, unless you probably go back all 301 posts. Okay, after researching for a bit, it turns out Bane is *working* on Blackgate for at least 7 years now. If you don't believe me, go back a few posts and read the comments. Why a few posts, you may ask? It's simple, Bane removed the option for non-patrons to comment on his posts not long ago. Now nobody of those who were betrayed as his former patrons can warn newcomers anymore. The problem we face is, his game is still being updated, but only ever so slightly, and his Patreon is not down. (I'm truly wondering why Patreon hasn't removed his account already...) Comparing Blackgate to projects like Project Aego, B101 (most likely abandoned as Hroft32, the artist, is working on Rusty Punk for some reason, unless RP is abandoned too), Dino Nite (probably down), Crescendo (also dead?), Starry Chain (will be missed), Cold:Non-Linear (likely gone), Disguise (cancelled), Stranded (not ceased?), When Stars Fall (please god no!) or other abandoned furry visual novels, you can see they unfortuantely don't really exist anymore, only in name or on Hiatus.

Again, thank you for the gesture... but just don't encourage others to support scammers... I suggest you remove the link and the quote above, even though including credits should in any case be mandatory. Or do what I do and at the very least warn people, we don't want others to fall victim to Bane's Patreon, correct? I wrote such a warning on Reddit a while back, which does not help much since more people will cluelessly join the community. To my regret not everything here is sunshine and rainbows. Most furries I met have very kind personalities, yes, most.

If I remember to do so I will re-post this on here... unless you take matters in your own hands?

The furry community might be far from perfect, after an in depth check, yet it can very well be called the most accepting, most welcoming and open community there is. Also, we know how much fun we're all having, am I assuming right~? <3 ;p

That I know Maxiess is the B101 creator. Hroft32 is the artist he hired to create the art. That I know no one know what happen to Maxiess si ce two year ago?

I think he is Russian but I have no idea. Once on tv I watched that in some places there family kill gay people in their family or somewhere around there.

I am just imaginating the worse. True I have no idea what happened to him.

Once on tv I watched a report about a movie that for decades in development to be finished. The person run out of money losi g everything bankrupted and had to work. Only decades later be able to finish that. But I forgot who and the movies name.

Can saw Morenatsu is in that way. Abandoned, redone and reabandoned again. So after years someone help it and it get new art. I am just waiting to it be abandoned again. Maybe.

You might know already; One team of Stormsinger Studios is working on Morenatsu Homecoming, if that is the version you're implying, but for free to honor the original Morenatsu team who did the same. The other team is working on Santa Lucia and have a Patreon set up. Both parties seem legit, serious about finishing their respective projects. However, those are obviously my words and I don't work with them. In any case, hopefully we won't have to add two more FVNs to the "Abandoned" list type.

The original topic, Blackgate, can pretty much be considered dead. What seems strange to me is why he at all is still writing anything. After all the community harbors a lot of distrust or rather resentment towards him. The extra bit of pocket money doesn't make much sense, unless he's gaining new patrons...

I downloaded that Blackgate from pantreon to check the game. But that look like some huge thing. Many routes or well. I am playing two at same time.

About Moneratsu. I meant about the 1st two versions of Morenatsu.

The developer opened the code after stopped in its last update, with the wolf guy friend of the bear route had been finished in the second version. (Why second version. Because some already finished routes was lost in that.)

I really never understood why he had to redo some routes that are finished in the 1st version that just vanished in the last. As the raccoon and husk. But since I already played most all routes until the end in the old versions I only waited for the tiger, lion and dog friend's of the lion routes.

Anyway that the 1st Furry Visual Novel I read in my life. Now I think the coder that was working in its last version is in that team doing that new renewed. But the guy that created that team keep saying he is mentally bad so that why I think something gonna happen.

I understand that they recreated all art to not be locked with the main artists if they need redo some stuff when need. But with that the development become very slow. Anyway I like that it have a version for iPhones and iPads. It is rare to see stuff like that in there. I only have 3 furry novels in my iPhone.

I think I'm confused because I'm not familiar with the original creator. I'm picking up that Bane is apparently a scammer, but in what way?
