The only options that really affect your relationship with Asterion are whether you drink or not for stuff that you've done together, like feeling your heart race from holding someone's hand, or sleeping on someone's lap. Asterion will act a little differently in the following scene depending on how sexually active you say you are, but he isn't offended, and it doesn't have a lasting effect. The point of that scene is to treat it like a fun get together with friends and less about micromanaging Asterion's affection, I think it's better if you answer those questions honestly.
