Hi sphixy, you are welcome and thanks for supporting! I don't think there's a city asset out there that would fit the "Modern interiors" palette (that's pretty weird since there's no black)! But worry no more, "Modern EXTeriors" will be out after we hit the 400th update here!

just another question do you have a date for the release of the pack ?
There's not a precise date, but we'll reach the 400th daily update the 20th of September, after 7-10 days the Exteriors will be out ;)
