Hello, everyone! I failed to update the completion percent last time for failing to realize you're supposed to edit the OP for that. Moreover, I spent the weekend working on something else entirely, so this will now be late:
Yep, I've picked up the second game again, and went back to my initial idea of making a board game. This will make the logic rather more complicated even with no AI, but it will be worth the trouble. Doubly so as once I have three games I can actually make a project page and move the devlog there.
This decision also establishes a new trend: each game so far is in a different genre, all of them relatively new to me. Which is cool, and suggests what to work on next. Don't change the channel!
