I release new asset packs for Minifantasy every month. When you buy the Bundle you get all the asset packs released until that moment. The new asset packs that are released after Bundle purchase need to be bought individually.
My guess is that the True Heroes asset pack was probably released in a later date to your Bundle purchase.
