I think the owl lady is up the ladder and I have a letter for her but she wont answer the door after I met her the first time. How do I get her to come out again? Also I've looked all over the park and can't find the note with the lock code, do I have to trigger something for it to appear or be found?
the person at the top of the ladder is a moth, not an owl! it's possible there's a whole section of purrgatory you haven't found yet, somewhere on the other side of the meowseum -- you can find the owl there. you don't have to do something special for the note in the park or anything, it's just tough to find. look for a crumpled ball of paper near the big hill :)
