ah ok, so i tried re-installing the game, and this message came up

Hmm, which version of the game did you download? 32 bit or 64 bit. If you downloaded 64 bit, try the 32 bit version, if you downloaded the 32 bit version, try the 64 bit version. If you still get the error with both versions, try restarting your pc. If that doesn't work, I'll see if I can find another solution. Damn dude, I'm really sorry you're encountering this issue.
Wait, so you downloaded the game and got the rar file right? You extracted it, and clicked on the application and it gave you this error? If so, then I don't know if there's much I can do unfortunately, as I gave you all the possible solutions that came to mind. Damn, I really hope you somehow figure this out man. :/
