There is chance, this is probably the last game in Echo universe and considering that Cam is psychic he can reveal all burden secrets (maybe we will finally get 100% answer if Chase killed Syd or was it smth else)
However it is very positive scenerio, I would expect that if they will try to safe Echo they will die or brake up, or If they'll leave This hellhole they will strengthen their bond
