Whenever I try to launch the newest version is says "missing app.info in dat folder" I'm on windows 10 and I tried both the 32 and 64 versions
Have you extracted the downloaded archive properly? If you have, your raft game folder should look like this:

Only difference between 32 and 64 bit file structure wise is that there is win32 or win64 in executable and data folder names.
