can you please tell what internet browser and what operating system you're using, because that might be the problem. I, for example, use chrome and windows.
a screenshot of what you're seeing would also be nice.
I use chrome on windows as well. I don't have problems with any other games so I'm not sure what causes this.

hmmm, try looking in the f12 console for any errors, and if there are no errors, try opening the game in another browser, like microsoft edge
