Hmm, that is a strange one >.< I know when I made the very first build of the game on the night of the jam deadline, I had that very same problem on my PC which made me panic like crazy, but I found it was caused by using a .ogv video file for the title screen. As soon as I swapped it out to a .mp4 version, the problem was fixed for me. It also runs fine on my brother's PC and my old crappy laptop, but I don't have any other devices to test on.
I'm in the middle of trying to update the UI a little + eliminate unnecessary mouse clicks at the moment. I was hoping to have an updated version with those things in before going to sleep tonight, but it's looking more likely that I won't be able to get that completed and uploaded until tomorrow.
What I'll do is I'll let you know as soon as the updated version is available, then you can tell me if that works for you or not. If not, I could try making a separate build for you with a static image on the title screen instead of the video file, in case that's what's causing problems for some reason.
I'm sorry that it's done that for you though >.< Being a solo dev, I find bug fixing pretty hard when it's not an issue I can replicate on my end. But hopefully, I'll be able to fix this for you! I'll try my best to have the update out before I head to bed tomorrow.
Edit: I'm not 100% sure, but I may have made this an x86_64 windows build by accident. So that could potentially be causing problems too. This was my first time using Unity, so I didn't know much about how to export games at the time + was rushed due to the jam deadline. I'll make sure to make the updated build a regular x86 build.
