It does not, as long as you are using the name space appropriately. An example of fair use would be "Bob, Duke of So-and-So" or a dynamic name going from "Mysterious Man" to "Bob." An example of something that shouldn't be done is "Bob, who is now eating an apple" which turns into "Bob, who is sleeping on the couch."
