Hey, that doesn't seem to be a problem. A couple of friends downloaded and played it already and experienced no damage whatsoever. I hope this sounds reassuring and encourages you to give it a try nevertheless. :)
this is true for all games exported without an extra signature.. it's just a safety measure from windows since it doesn't know the developer I.e. it's safe to download ;)
