Cute character, and well programmed! I feel like maybe it doesn't really follow the theme? But It's cute.
The neon tetra is a small fish that looks like it glows in the dark a bit. We adopted that idea and went for an ocean-based approach with bioluminescent fish but kept the neon city background as a more obvious link.
