I just downloaded 4.18.3 and I opened it but it's still loading on 45%

Dave, do you know how to play the game with Unreal Engine?
Just click on the play button on the top tab where you see all those icons like save, build, etc...
When I open UE4.18, it gives me a blank white tab.
What? Show me a picture. Cause that makes no sense.
The load takes a while... :/
